How does bingo work?
Everyone gets a card with different numbers. The caller pulls numbers at random and reads them out, and players cross off each number they have. In 75-number bingo the first player with five in a row, across, down or diagonally, shouts “Bingo!” In 90-number bingo the first win is usually one full line, then two lines, then the whole ticket. BingoSheet makes sure that no two cards in your stack hold the same numbers, and the running number on each card tells you which card is being checked. Print the bingo cards at home or save them as a PDF for the copy shop. The caller sheet lists every number in order, so you can cross them off and compare them with a winning card. All you need on the night is a pen for each player and a bowl of numbered slips.
Should I choose 75 or 90 numbers?
Choose 75 for the card with five rows, five columns and a free centre. It is the American classic, quick to explain and good for children and big groups. Choose 90 for the ticket with three rows and 15 numbers, the usual game in the UK, Spain and France. Games last longer, and you can play for a line, two lines and a full ticket.
Can two bingo cards be the same?
No. Every new card is compared with all the cards already in the stack. Two cards with the same numbers in a different order also count as the same, so one of them is thrown out and drawn again.
How many printable bingo cards fit on an A4 page?
One, two, four or six 75-number cards, and always six 90-number tickets. Four to a page suits most games, one to a page works well for small children, and six saves paper.
How do I check a winner?
Ask the winner to read out their numbers and compare them with the numbers you crossed off on the caller sheet. The running number, such as No. 7, tells you exactly which card you are looking at.
Are the numbers really random?
Yes. They come from the secure random generator in your browser, and every number in a column has the same chance. The cards are made on your device, and neither your text nor your cards are sent anywhere.
Can I print the same cards again later?
Only if you saved them as a PDF. BingoSheet remembers nothing, so the cards are gone when you close the tab. Keep the PDF if you want to play with the same cards again.
